Congratulations! This is so exciting, and I've been hoping another little one would bless your lives soon. You, your family and Baby are in my prayers. God bless, Bonny
Gina, so happy for you and your family. Winter babies are nice, because than you are not super pregnant during the heat of summer and garden and canning season.
I had awful "all day sickness" with my current pregnancy. A friend gave me a bag of plexus slim to try.It helped me so much! Within 3 days I saw marked improvement. Not sure if you are familiar with the product or not but I can give you more information if you would like. gritsgrlathrt@gmail.com
Attatched is a link to a blog I like to read, in which the lady has endured hyperemesis gravidarum throughout most of her 8 pregnancies. She has finally found out something that eliminates her sickness:
Congratulations on your coming little one! May God bless your health as He grows this new life. (I just never get over how He can manufacture an entire, complex human being in just 9 months.....such a miracle!)
Oh how exciting!!! I'm thinkin' another boy would balance the scales, (at least for now!) and you just might appreciate more big strong farm hands in future, but boy or girl, this child is in for a joyous and very blessed adventure indeed! Congratulations to the whole family!!
Congratulations Gina!! I get your blog via email so rarely comment, but I always enjoy your posts. I couldn't resist clicking across though and adding my congratulations! What a wonderful blessing from the Lord!
Oh how wonderful!! This grandma just loves babies! We have another coming in January as well..the 31st is my daughter's due date. We are hoping for a girl because she already has 3 boys. Whatever the Lord blesses us with will be fine, though! Congratulations to all of you!!
Oh congratulations!! We will be keeping your family in prayer, happy and healthy being the goal. And you won't be huge in the heat! That was always a big deal for me!! :)
Both? ;-) So happy for you, Gina, and your precious little family! Would love if we lived closer to catch up, but love keeping up a bit this way! ~Eunice
Congratulations!!! We are waiting on #5 to arrive at our household any day now. With the heat I'm dealing with I'm thinking January sounds like it'll be a great time to have a little one arrive :)
We are also adding #6 to our family sometime in 2016. We already know that ours is a boy since he is growing in our heart, but not under it. Congratulations! :) Children are such a miracle.
When I had one child, I looked at those with many children and wondered how they did it! Somehow, one at a time, I just adjusted to another child and eventually I got to this place. Though it is crazy some days - most days, it works. Gina
Congratulations Angie! I'm so happy for you. We waiting a long time for our last baby and know how special that answer to prayer is! Glad you stopped by and commented. It has been a long time since I heard from you! Gina
Hi! I am Gina, a Mennonite mom who writes about books, broccoli, and baking bread. In May, 2017 my husband was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer, which took his life two years later in May, 2019. These pages share my journey of searching for joy with cancer and widowhood.
Another little blessing! So happy for you!

Anonymous, things with ginger are supposed to help nausea...like ginger ale, ginger tea.
