I’d love to hear from you on what you have found helpful in controlling your phone. And if you are my friend in real life, I welcome you to ask how I'm doing in controlling my phone.
Thank you for doing this series, Regina. It has surely helped us to at least look at how much this little piece of technology affects our daily lives and to be more aware of how we spend our time.
ReplyDeleteThis has been such an excellent series, Gina. A good combination of thought, information, and action. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this series. I will be implementing the 24 hour fast on Sundays. That's my plan and my goal, Lord willing. Chris W
ReplyDeleteThank you for your encouragement to be mindful of my phone and device time. Loved this series.
ReplyDeleteThis series was really well done. My job makes good cell phone habits really difficult to establish but your thoughtful insights were so helpful. Thanks for doing the work of reading all the books and sharing the best parts with us. There’s bits that keep coming back to me and are informing my decisions and helping me to be more intentional and mindful about my phone time.
ReplyDeleteThank you, I reassessed my phone use after doing the challenge. I now make calls for a specific reason, not just to randomly chat. Some days I am on the phone a lot but this is usually when people need to talk, but I now steer the conversation so it is productive and with God's guidance helpful to those who have rang. Blessings to you and your family.x
