What brand of canning lids do you use? In your photo I don’t see a name on the lids.
A couple of years ago I started having trouble with my Kerr lids not sealing and learned that the company made some changes. Since that time I have been using Tattler reusable lids on my home canning and using some of my older Kerr lids on items I plan to give as gifts.
Thats all we been doing too with the canning.. last week it was something peach related.. this week its tackling the tomatoes.. lol... Great pictures... I too like the kids in front of the sunflowers.. those things are huge..
What you been feeding those sunflower and those kids? ** hee hee *** they are all growing so tall! Looks like the harvest is good this year. We've been doing well too and hope that the blight stays away... so far so good.
I love these pictures, especially the one of the kids at the sunflowers. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful summer!! Especially love the last pic with all the kids. :-)
ReplyDeleteWonderful!! Full of life and love! I don't think I've ever seen such tall sunflowers! God is good!! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen such tall sunflowers either! The seed pack said they were up eight feet, but these are closer to twenty feet!

DeleteI bought a whole lot of lids in bulk and there was no brand name listed. They have been working fine for me.
I have some Tattler lids and love them. I'd like to get some more.
