Taco Soup

Another great soup recipe from my sister-in-law Sonja (not to be confused with Sonya!) This is a belly warmer soup perfect for days like this when we woke to 29 degrees with a heavy frost on the ground.

Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
Brown together.

1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 pack taco seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans- not drained
1 can chili hot beans
1 can corn
2 cans tomatoes

Add all together.
Simmer 1 hour

  1. This is my favorite soup. We serve it with Corn chips, sour cream, and cheese.

  2. Yum this sounds good to! I've got some hamburger meat already browned in the freezer. Might have to try this one to. We LOVED the tortilla soup! I don't have any taco seasoning on hand but I've seen it to make online so I will just make some if I can find that recipe again. Thank you for sharing all these recipes! :)
