I had no idea how simple these were to make. I have enjoyed several of your other sourdough recipes and really appreciate how easily they fit into my usually hectic days! Have you ever made them without baking soda? If so, how long do you let them rise? Either way, this recipe is another keeper 😊.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06205567662826178765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-4985141282415905252017-02-02T22:00:38.486-05:002017-02-02T22:00:38.486-05:00Lovely. Absolutely the best flavor of anything I've made sour dough with to date.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-24374311431447900772014-05-24T16:34:22.533-04:002014-05-24T16:34:22.533-04:00I made these the other evening, and they were grea...I made these the other evening, and they were great, but I encountered some problems. First, I had to add a considerable amount of flour to keep it from being an ooey gooey mess. Maybe I added too much; I'm not too sure. They cooked up just fine. We had muffin pizzas, and they tasted delicious. But, the next morning, most of the leftover muffins had a greenish-grey circumference and smelled funny! They were in the fridge overnight in a large tupperware type container. I wonder if maybe they just hadn't cooked long enough, and some of the dough was a little raw? Has this ever happened to you?
Thanks,
ElizabethAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-19744225034565205452013-01-08T09:50:25.955-05:002013-01-08T09:50:25.955-05:00We made these English muffins for Christmas brunch...We made these English muffins for Christmas brunch. Five or ten minutes?

I just keep checking the bottoms. I like them nicely browned, but not burned.

Hope that helps!
GinaGinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05420137490490341730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-89500274051527646372012-02-09T10:39:11.251-05:002012-02-09T10:39:11.251-05:00These sound good!
