They still look whole, but I would be afraid they would be mush. I think this is something my family would be more likely to eat with chicken. My husband is really the only one who likes pork. His family does hog butchering , as does yours, so we do have some pork in the freezer. We like bacon and sausage, so I always give some over to a cousin who smokes it etc for us. Just defrost in the fridge overnight, and cook up after a busy day! All the prep is already done, Easy enough to make a few or even more bags to be frozen ahead of time. There are many ideas and methods on 'youtube' for freezer dinners, I'm going to make a few of these pork dinners, One for right away! and one, two or three for the freezer!Grandma Ruthnoreply@blogger.com
