I'm cooking(and eating) turkey for the first time.....so don't know if it's meant to be like that. I expected it to be as moist as a perfectly roasted chicken. But I guess I was wrong...?
Anyway, thank you soon much for your constant help throughout the process.
I've only recently come across your blog. And I LOVE your philosophy on how to lead your life. I am a very devout Muslim and understand your religion's ideas about chastity and modesty. We are taught the same in Islam. I also love how you try to make every thing at home. Very green :-) Being from California, I appreciate that very much.nanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-79921190952388744662011-11-21T15:54:50.397-05:002011-11-21T15:54:50.397-05:00Na-

I cooked my 12 pound turkey for 13 hours but the temp in the deepest part of the turkey thigh is 150 F. What do you think I should do now? Keep the turkey at 200 F for a couple more hours?nanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916485057164205644.post-3263868626519481962011-11-21T00:36:54.233-05:002011-11-21T00:36:54.233-05:00Thanks! Or do you mean we can leave it in the oven with the oven shut off?
I'm making your slow roasted version tomorrow....my friend is making it today :-)nanoreply@blogger.com
